I am hoping that you were the caterers for the event I was lucky enough to attend yesterday afternoon. Someone mentioned that it was catered by ‘The Original Café’ and when I googled to get your site address I was redirected to this site.
No matter, WOW!!! And I mean WOWOWOWOW!!!! I cannot say enough about the fantastic quality and presentation of the food and related items. Perhaps this is the quality you deliver routinely but it was WAY OVER THE TOP of routine. The beef was delicious and fork tender … the chicken was beautifully presented and delicious … everything … beautiful and delicious … what can I say … THANKS!!! You made our small event a BIG TIME!!!
You have earned … and I am certain will receive … a ton of word of mouth recommendations/advertising from my co-workers and me. I am sending this email to you rather than telling you in person because it is Year End for us (we process payrolls) which is a very busy time AND I feel that kudos should be delivered ASAP!
I will stop by in person sometime in the New Year as I’d like to get a menu from you for purchasing meals for personal events (Christmas Dinner party at home) if you cater to that type of event. I used to stop by for lunch occasionally when you were also a ‘retail’ operation also so I believe I know where you are located.
Again, WOW! Thanks for helping to make our small celebration a time to remember.

Thank you so much for a wonderful event on Dec. 2nd, the food was excellent, the service was wonderful and the Estate was beautiful. It was the perfect final gathering for our group. Our team is like a family and it was great to celebrate in a home-style setting.

I think the selection and amount of food was perfect for the size party we had. Having a Day to Remember cater the party provided a touch of class I was looking for.

Dear Shawn and Lori,
Well, it's almost a week later. We're still eating leftovers and wishing we had some pulled pork, but the chicken and swordfish have been fabulous. The yard is clean, the flowers tossed, and Jeanne and Kevin are happily enjoying Costa Rica.
So when we think over the entire experience we realize that you two made it the best. From the wonderful food, to the "matching' shirts the girls wore, you guys made the day for us. We both felt completely comfortable with how you ran the show and neither of us worried about a thing, except talking to all our guests and meeting Jeanne and Kevin's friends. I've heard many people rave about your food and the locals asked for your names. I heard that Lori jumped in to help bartend when one of the bartenders had to leave for some reason and that was great Lori. My one regret is I only had the ahi tuna and the scallop hors d'oeuvre. I'm thinking of requesting a tray of hors d'oeuvres in a few weeks when Jeanne gets back from the honeymoon and can come up and visit. How do you feel about hors d'oeuvres for 6 people? I'm serious. I just have to find a time when the kids will all be home.
You were fabulous to work with all through the process. Your staff were great and the bartenders and Petersons were great as well. If we can pass along our recommendation for you, we're delighted to do so. If you ever want me to design a menu for you Lori, just call or email. It was fun to do.
Thanks again and keep us in mind if you need to rent a location for someone. We might actually want to do that again!

I can not even thank you enough! Have I thanked you yet? LOL I have been getting sooooo many compliments on everything- especially the food! I have had all the left overs for lunch everyday since monday! LOL Soooo good! I wish i could order take out from you guys when I need too!
You guys really did help make my day so special- our day lol. EVERYTHING WAS AWSOME- I just wrote a review on i think its called weddingwire.com? I hope that helps get you more business- thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you! if you need anything from me please don't hesitate to call! I hope to have an excuse to need a caterer in the near future so I can work with you again and enjoy your food again! The spring rolls were a hit! the guys especially loved them- my brother was the biggest fan of all!
Honastly, you both are great, wonderful people. Everything went well with the birthday party on Saturday. The food was great and there were numerous compliments on it and inquiries on who the caterer was. "First, let us thank you for your amazing job with the food. You blew us away, that was the best beef tenderloin we have ever had, as well as best chicken piccata and fra diavlo sauce ever...ever! (believe it or not bride and groom ate everything..groom went back for seconds!) Not only was everything delicious, it was beautiful. The tables looked gorgeous, the buffet was amazing and we loved the cheese table. Absolutely everyone, and we mean everyone that we have talked to since the wedding has commented on how much they loved the food. People actually remember everything down to the salad and roasted vegetables. We can't tell you how many people have asked us who the caterers were. We want to throw another party just so we can enjoy your cooking again! Also, thank you for your professionalism, your attention to detail, and for being so easy to work with. Everyone said the food was great and people were asking about the catering company and everything so we have been recommending you! Also, the cake was AMAZING!!! We have absolutely been craving it since the wedding and Derek was even saying we either need the recipe from you or we will pay you to make us a one layer version of that for us to eat. haha. We both loved it! I dont think we can wait a year to eat the top layer!

Hope you're enjoying a much-deserved day off today. First of all, let me thank you for helping to make last night's Quota Fundraiser a success. The numbers aren't in yet, but we are pretty sure that we did very well financially, and we know that club members and guests had a wonderful time. I received so many compliments on my choice of caterers. Everyone loved the food and service and you were such a pleasure to work with. So, although, I had a few bad hours when we did not have a caterer, I can't imagine that the outcome could have been better. Thanks also for working with me on the price. It made my life so much easier not to have to rework the budget and the money we saved really does help some very unfortunate women and children
